CHIROPRACTIC

There are two main Chiropractic philosophies. Both are important and have there place. The first is Reductionistic Chiropractic and the second is Wellness Chiropractic. I practice under the philosophy of Wellness Chiropractic. Below is a description of what that is:

Wellness chiropractic is a type of chiropractic care that focuses on the overall wellness and health of a person. It is based on the belief that the human body has an innate ability to heal itself, and that chiropractic care can help to unlock and enhance this natural healing power.

Unlike reductionistic chiropractic care, which often focuses on treating specific conditions or injuries, wellness chiropractic is designed to promote overall health and well-being. This can involve a range of different techniques and therapies, including spinal adjustments, massage, nutritional counseling, and exercise.

One of the key goals of wellness chiropractic is to help patients achieve optimal health by addressing the underlying causes of their health problems, rather than simply treating the symptoms. This may involve addressing issues such as poor posture, stress, nutritional deficiencies, and other lifestyle factors that can contribute to poor health.

Overall, wellness chiropractic is a holistic approach to healthcare that is focused on promoting wellness and preventing illness, rather than simply treating symptoms after they occur. By working with a wellness chiropractor, patients can take an active role in maintaining their health and achieving their full potential.
